I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout our visit. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed that provided a great night's sleep but the first night our air conditioner wasn’t working or doesn’t cooling down but we asked to move different room and we have no problem with it. The hotel's location was perfect, close to mall. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. Our favorite was the divided pools with different section of kids pools.

Everything is perfect except for parking. We come here by motorcycle, and we asked the security at the entrance where we should park, and he led the parking in the shopping mall. After staying 1 night, the motorcycle is locked by chain, and security ask us to pay 200php as penalty. Even we explained the situation, they didn’t listen to us. It’s totally disgusting.

Great for business. Receptionist was very accommodating during check-in and check-out. It also great for vacation with family. The kids love the pool. It has a kids playroom but needs more amenities.

Cant sleep-bar across the road will keep u awake until 3am. TOO LOUD! Action- I contacted reception and was reassured telling the Bar about their noise but still no progress. Noise level in hallway also bad. Poor food service (resto)- takes an hour to serve, NOT TASTY food, incorrect order, too sweet coffees, Action- already complained, very apologetic waiters but still missed our order. NO VIEW, just dirty busy streets and noise traffic Unsafe- windows in 3rd floor still opens. Not kid friendly as window are not sealed. Submitted same in a survery but still want to let u know, not worth your money. Pros-Clean rooms, access to shopping centre next to hotel. Very new and modern. Not a fan though

We entertained another couple at their restaurant and were thoroughly embarrassed & disappointed!! The service was below par and several of the dishes were not edible nor as advertised on the menu. We thought the staff would make it right but they went and hid when brought to their attention. We tipped them extra anyway to demonstrate it was not about money but bad service and food! We do not plan to patronize their restaurant nor recommend it to others! Te one in charge, not the manager, tried at the end but too little to late!

EDIT: (Editing my review because they know how to appease and acknowledge inconvenience and whoever thought of damage control, well done! Compensations/complimentary treats work most of the time) The rooms are really great but the staff! No initiative whatsoever! They made me wait for an hour for 1 cup of rice! Inform ahead if the customer has to wait for a considerable amount of time for the item. Dining staff needs to be retrained.

Nice place. Food is not bad. However, service needs to be improved. One of the staff unknowingly tipped my drink causing it to spill on our food. I didn't say anything about it when it happened because I was waiting for her to say something or at least apologize. I was thinking she might have been unaware but when we called her out after one of us confirmed that it was her who tipped the drink while she was serving food, there were no apologies. Instead, she put the blame on me for spilling it when I was trying to catch the glass after she tipped it. She then suggested to watch the CCTV footage to prove who spilled the drink. For a Php300 cocktail and Php200 platter of rice, my dad thought it wasn't worth the hassle. The least she could do was apologize and offer a replacement. But no, we actually had to order again! It's ridiculous. When you work in the hospitality industry (and especially if the guests haven't shown rudeness to you), you need to be the ones offering a solution to a problem. But okay, it's not an end-of-the-world problem. I'm open to changing my review once we see improvement in service.

Our room was very spacious, cozy & comfortable. At first, we were disappointed with their service, since they didn't notify us when the room was ready. Also, they didn't return our senior cards after we've checked-in. When we reported the incident to the manager-on-duty, he apologized for the inconvenience and even wrote an apology letter & gave us complimentary sweets! We were really touched by his gesture.
